Marcus Allen Kendricks

Marcus Allen Kendricks, born on September 18, 2007, in Cleveland, Ohio, left an impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him, when he passed away on July 7, 2024, in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. He was 16 years old. 

He is survived by his father, Johnny B. Kendricks, III, and his mother, Terri Sanders Crenshaw; his siblings, Javiona Benedict, Alana Crenshaw, JeNia, Christan and Iyana Kendricks, and Veneeta Baylor; and his nephew, Isaiah Jackson. Their hearts are filled with cherished memories of Marcus's laughter, wisdom beyond his years, and genuine love for those around him. 

A sports enthusiast at heart, Marcus found joy in basketball and football. Whether engaged in friendly competition or immersed in the thrill of video games with friends, he radiated a passion for life and an infectious energy. Music was another love of his that spoke to his soul. 

The legacy of Marcus Allen Kendricks will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends. While we mourn the loss of such a bright soul taken too soon, we also celebrate the beauty and joy that he brought into our lives. May his memory continue to inspire kindness and empathy in all who knew him.
