Michael Wilmore

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Michael WILMORE affectionately known as “Gip” who left us far too soon on September 1, 2024. Michael WILMORE was born on August 27, 1956. He was a kind and generous soul. He touched the lives of those around him. His family and friends will remember his funny, caring and unselfish personality. 

He is survived by his sister, Dianne and brother Reginald Wilmore.

He was the loving companion of the late Barbara Travis Ware. He is survived by his children

Kenneth Ware, Tandeka Darby, Trevette Ware, Garvina Ware and a loving friend to Constance Williams and Laura Graves Kelly. Michael was also a grandfather, uncle and cousin. May he rest in heaven!

We all have different journeys,

Different paths along the way,

We all were meant to learn things, 

But never meant to stay,

And when the journey finally ends, 

A pause and what’s to be,

We find an everlasting peace,

For sweet eternity.

Memorial services will be announced
