Patricia Ann Harkai

On June 19, 2024, Patricia Ann Harkai peacefully passed away in Cleveland, Ohio, at the age of 65. She was born on August 31, 1958, in Cleveland Ohio, to her loving parents Fred and Antoinette (nee Kluk) Lack.

Patricia was cherished as the beloved and adored wife of Dennis Richard Harkai.

Patricia will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing. Private Family Services have been held to honor and celebrate her life.
