The heart and soul of her family, Rosa was the beloved daughter of Jorge Moncayo and Marina Fuentes. She found joy in her role as a mother, nurturing her children with unwavering dedication. Her legacy continues through her beloved offspring: Jorge Parra, Marina (David, Sr.) Velez, Jennifer Moncayo, and Jonathan Ramos (Sophia Rivera). Each child carries a piece of her spirit and values, reflecting the profound influence she had on their lives. She shared special and treasured moments with her grandchildren, Rosa, Chanthel and Delaney Velez, Antonio Moncayo, Jonathan Ramos, Jr., Julian Ramos and David Velez, Jr. and her great-grandchildren, Noah and Selena McCoy, Mia and Lily Durham and Sebastian Vazquez. She was always grateful for the blessings that each of them had in her life.
