Shane's spirit lives on through his loving partner, Tara Veltman, and his cherished children, Ashton, Aaron, Anessa, and Alexis Gibbs. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of his devoted sisters, Jackie Cavanaugh, Jennifer Taylor, and Tammy Gibbs, as well as his supportive brother, Lenny Gibbs. Shane derived great strength from the unconditional love of his caring mother, Debra Gibbs.

Shane is reunited in the afterlife with beloved family members who predeceased him. He joins his son, Austin Gibbs, his father, Jack Gibbs, his grandmother, Dottie Poage, and his grandfathers, Summers Poage and Donald Gibbs. Their guidance and love continue to shape Shane's life and that of his family.
